The Firm’s Litigation practice is focused on Corporate Commercial Disputes including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Disputes (from the side of creditor and/or debtor), Companies Act, 2013 pertaining litigation (any and all matters arising thereof), Shareholder Joint Venture Disputes, Contractual Disputes (Commercial contracts, Licensing contracts, Project contracts, Construction contracts, Real Estate contracts, Technology Transfer contracts, Asset and Business Transfer contracts and other Commercial contracts and arrangements), and Constitutional matters affecting client’s business interests.

- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the Code), was enacted to consolidate and amend laws pertaining to recovery of financial and/or operational debt of companies (as well as partnership firms, and individuals, pending relevant part of the Code being notified in this regard). Currently, the Code, outlines the substantial law and procedure to be followed for ‘Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes’, which is highly time bound, and possibly the most effective and efficacious relief currently available to creditors (whether financial or operational).
